In vaporetto
Line 1
Take Vaporetto Line 1 in the direction of “Lido” and get off at the Sant'Angelo stop. From here, Domus Ciliota can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes, following the route: Corte de l’Albero → Ramo Narisi → Fondamenta Narisi → Ponte in ferro → Piscina San Samuele → Ramo di Piscina → Crosera → Calle de le Boteghe → Sottoportego → Calle de le Muneghe. Domus Ciliota is located at number 2976, San Marco.
Line 2
Take vaporetto Line 2 towards “San Marco” or “Lido” and get off at the San Samuele stop. From here, Domus Ciliota is about a 5-minute walk away: Salizada Malipiero → Salizada San Samuele → Crosera → Calle de le Boteghe → Sottoportego → Calle de le Muneghe.
Please note: not all Line 2 services stop at San Samuele. Please check that the vaporetto's destination is “San Marco” or “Lido”.
From Marco Polo Airport
Alilaguna - Orange Line
The most convenient solution for those arriving at the airport is the Alilaguna service, Orange Line, which directly connects the airport to the Sant'Angelo stop, a few minutes from Domus Ciliota. Journey time: approximately 1 hour. For information and timetables: www.alilaguna.it
Bus ACTV + Vaporetto
Alternatively, from the airport, you can take the ACTV Line 5 bus to Piazzale Roma. From here, take either Vaporetto Line 1 (getting off at Sant'Angelo) or Line 2 (getting off at San Samuele), and follow the pedestrian route indicated above.
On the train
From Santa Lucia Station, take the Vaporetto Line 1 towards Rialto and get off at the Accademia stop. Cross the Accademia Bridge and continue straight for approximately 250 metres. Turn into the first alley on the left after the statue in Campo Santo Stefano (Calle delle Botteghe), then turn left again into Calle delle Muneghe. Domus Ciliota is located at number 2976.
In the automobile
Park your car in the car parks at Piazzale Roma. From there, take Vaporetto Line 1 in the direction of Rialto and alight at the Accademia stop. Cross the Accademia Bridge and continue straight for approximately 250 metres. Turn into the first narrow street on your left after the statue in Campo Santo Stefano (Calle delle Botteghe), then left again into Calle delle Muneghe. Domus Ciliota is located at number 2976.
